Your presence defines excitement, warmth, and seamless organization from the moment guests and members arrive, while balancing personality with precision and ensuring that floor flow, reservations, celebrations, and service pacing work in harmony.
What You Will Create
• An upbeat, confident, and welcoming first impression at the entrance
• Accurate floor plans, seating charts, and rotation systems that support operational efficiency
• Fair and strategic table distribution to optimize service performance
• Clear communication with serving staff regarding guest and member preferences and special occasions
• Recognition of birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations to enhance memorable experiences
• Professional and cordial reservation management via phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Knowledgeable guidance regarding menus across food and beverage outlets
• Seamless collaboration with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Balanced prioritization of guest and member requests and server workflow
• A poised and positive demeanor during high-volume service periods
• Support of additional responsibilities as assigned
