Essential Duties:
• Utilizes schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, provided wire lists, etc.,
• Produces and/or installs panels and/or harnesses into assemblies with provided wire lists and predrilled panels
• Wire panels and/or components within assemblies
• Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting
• Follows both visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted
• Performs cycle counting of parts and material handling duties as required
• Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
• Adheres to all quality and safety standards
• Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, Associate's degree or Vocational school certificate in electrical preferred but not required
• Minimum one year of electrical systems experience, 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools required
• Knowledge of phase coloring: Ability to identify different gauges of wire
• Experience with EMI Connectors and building cables: Knowledge of low voltage wiring 24Volt AC/DC
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, etc.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary, including weekends
