About this role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
• HR Analytics & Recurring Reporting • Own weekly / monthly / quarterly HR dashboards (headcount, hires, exits, turnover, movement, span) for the assigned client group. • Extract and reconcile data across HRIS, ATS, and payroll for accuracy; flag data-quality issues to the HRIS team. • Turn standard reports into short written commentary highlighting notable trends for the HRBP / HR Manager.
• Compensation & Benchmarking Analysis • Support compensation analysis for offers, promotions, and internal transfers: pull comp-ratio, range-penetration, and internal comparators. • Contribute to annual salary survey submissions and market-benchmark refreshes for the client group's job families. • Prepare data for the annual merit / bonus cycle (eligibility lists, budget breakouts, distribution views).
• Org Changes, Performance & Development Support • Model and process org-structure changes in HRIS (reporting-line updates, cost-center moves, job-title changes) under review. • Support the performance-review cycle end-to-end: system setup, milestone tracking, completion reporting, and calibration prep. • Track development plans and internal-mobility activity for the client group; produce simple activity summaries.
• Career-Path & Job-Architecture Upkeep • Maintain and audit the career-path artifacts and job-family documentation for the client group. • Compare titles and levels against career-path standards; escalate misalignments for review. • Support job-description updates and career-path communications for managers and employees.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR / People Analytics / Compensation support experience with foundational compensation and workforce concepts.
• Intermediate Excel (pivot, XLOOKUP, IFS, basic modeling) and hands-on HRIS reporting (Workday / ADP / UKG or similar).
• Familiarity with published salary surveys (Radford / Mercer / Willis Towers Watson / PayScale) is plus.
• Strong date-integrity discipline and the ability to keep confidential comp and org data secure.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to summarize data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingual English / Korean strongly preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SCP in progress. Prior experience supporting compensation analysis or HRIS data management.
• SHRM-CP preferred.

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon - Fri
Salary: $70,800 - 85,000
