JOB SUMMARY:
As a Territory Representative, you will be supporting the development of business activities in a defined territory. You will be exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our current partners as well as cultivating new relationships. In this position, after successfully completing our 2-week product & territory management training and level-assessment program, you will visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information, and receive feedback on our company's products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen products
• Execute daily outbound calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives
• Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans tailored to maximize results within your assigned territory
• Conduct in-person visits to a minimum of six dental offices each day to build strong relationships and support customer needs
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing customer loyalty
• Support branch sales initiatives by maintaining high standards of service quality and identifying cross selling opportunities
• Actively recruit dentists and dental professionals for Hiossen educational seminars, ensuring robust attendance and engagement
• Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables
• Participate in and successfully complete Hiossen's comprehensive product training programs, gaining expertise in product offerings, technical knowledge, and company sales procedures and techniques
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have at least (3) years of successful experience as a direct sales representative
• Prior experience in the dental implant or medical devices field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory of similar size and scope.
• Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the ability to travel within your assigned territory.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing at customer's office and other meeting locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to drive.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000
