Job Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required • Master's degree in nursing or healthcare education preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing or staff development preferred • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina • Advanced certification such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC required • Certification in Nursing Professional Development (CNPD) or other relevant certifications preferred • Exceptional teaching, coaching, and communication skills. • Proficient in instructional design and the use of simulation-based training methods. • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment while maintaining calm and clear communication.
