Position Summary
As a Room Attendant, you are the heart of our guest experience. You are responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, luxury, and comfort in all guest rooms. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures our guests enjoy an unforgettable five-star stay from the moment they enter their room.
Key Responsibilities
• Exceptional Room Care: Execute thorough daily cleaning, bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization strictly following luxury brand standards and training guidelines.
• Luxury Amenity Setup: Properly replenish and arrange guest amenities, linens, and supplies according to precise luxury presentation guidelines.
• Guest Service & Anticipation: Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and warmly to requests, and greet every guest encountered with genuine hospitality.
• Safety & Asset Protection: Safely handle and turn in all Lost and Found items immediately; report any room anomalies, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily line-up meetings and maintain clean, organized service areas, closets, and housekeeping carts at all times.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
• Experience: 0 – 3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury, upscale, or hospitality environment is preferred. Full training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and passion for luxury hospitality.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform an extremely physical role, which includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, and prolonged movement for an 8-10 hour shift.
• Lifting Capability: Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 40+ lbs.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, leadership, and team members.
