About this role
Glazer's Beer & Beverage is seeking a qualified CDL Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of products to licensed accounts and between company locations. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safe handling, delivery, and storage of products.
This is a safety-sensitive position that requires the ability to perform job-related duties in a manner that does not pose a direct threat to the safety of the employee or others.
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Valid CMV/CDL Class A or Class B driver's license
• Ability to lift and move 40-50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
Key Responsibilities
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally at all times
• Deliver products as invoiced to licensed retail accounts and other designated locations
• Verify deliveries and perform customer check-ins in a professional and courteous manner
• Collect and return payments as required
• Account for all delivered and returned merchandise and related documentation
• Complete all required delivery and route paperwork accurately and timely
• Follow daily truck check-in procedures
• Report vehicle service needs and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain an accurate DOT logbook, when required
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Attend required safety meetings, training sessions, and development programs
• Report any local, state, or federal moving violations to management immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned

Internal Transfer Eligibility Requirements
Employees interested in this opportunity must:
• Be in good standing with the company
• Have satisfactory attendance
• Have received a rating of "Mostly Meets" or higher on their most recent performance review
• Have no final written warnings within the past twelve (12) months
• Have completed a minimum of six (6) months in their current position
• Obtain supervisor approval prior to applying or interviewing
• Successfully complete all required screenings associated with the position
• Complete the Internal Transfer Form and obtain all required approval signatures
• Apply through UKG to be considered an internal candidate
