Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Implements all projects and assignments as directed by manager.
• Develops schedules and assigns duties to ensure the timely and efficient completion of work orders.
• Makes regular tours of all work and public areas, inspecting and addressing maintenance issues and assigning work to maintenance personnel.
• Ensures that repairs to water closets, urinals, faucets and other plumbing fixtures are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Requests, reviews and purchases maintenance supplies are necessary.
• Ensures that lamps and flourescent light tubes are replaced as needed.
• Ensures that electrical receptacles, switches and lighting ballasts are repaired as needed.
• Ovesee the timely installation of HVAC system and ensures maintenance on exhaust fans as required.
• Provides timely and responsive supervision to maintenance mechanics while correcting/ coaching/training them as needed.
• Ensures the timely repair of furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, and the cleaning of vents as needed.
• Ensures compliance with all safety standards and codes.
• Assist in the operation of any emergency (fire and/or bomb) plan.
• Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises multiple maintenance department employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Skills/ Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years experience in maintenance operations required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in a technical skill area.
• Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and a clean driving record for the past five years.

• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol test and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment. Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
