What You Will Do
• Assist Director with administrative and clinical leadership .
• Plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources to provide the highest quality patient care.
• Assist Director in collaborating with physicians and other health care disciplines to ensure optimal patient care.
• Develop, coordinate and implements clinical education programs to educate RN's, LPN's, and patient care techs.
• Ability to lead with integrity and trust while driving results.
• Works to retain staff by promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer/ employee information, meeting HIPAA standards.
• Participates in the development , implementation and evaluation of the Nursing Departments vision, goals, and objectives.
• Plan, manage, implementation, and evaluation of clinical services to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Responsible for the selection, development, motivation, and evaluation of staff.
What You Will Need
• Current active RN license in the State of Ohio required.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• Required to have 3-5 years of nursing experience and 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Must be knowledgeable of Quality Assurance processes.
• Must be knowledgeable regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
