2nd Shift Interpreter– Advance, NC (on-site)
(4 PM ET – 12 AM ET)
What Will You Do?
The 2nd Shift Interpreter– Advance, NC (on-site) 2nd Shift: (4 PM ET – 12 AM ET) is responsible for providing assistance with both written and verbal translation and interpretation. This position will assist in the hiring process, performance management process, team meetings, training sessions, emergency and other situations where interpretation is required.
Complexity: Makes routine choices within established procedures, with readily available supervision; performs simple troubleshooting; selects solutions from among proven alternatives; frequent interaction to provide basic information and/or occasional interaction requiring detailed procedural explanations or technical responses.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret verbal communications between the English and other languages in orientation, training, team meetings and other opportunities that require interpretation.
• Translate written communications into other languages for Operations, Distribution Center and other areas as needed.
• Provide interpretation support for the interviewing and hiring process of candidates that speak other languages such as conducting interviews, providing tours, making offers of employment, administering the pre-employment test, etc.
• Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.

What Do You Need?
Education:
• Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field, Required Experience:
• 1 year of experience Spanish interpretation and translation

Work Environment:
This position is located in a climate-controlled office environment with standard lighting and moderate noise levels typical of professional workspace settings. The role primarily involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while working with computers, phones, and other office equipment. The collaborative environment includes interaction with team members and may require attendance at meetings, conference calls, and cross-departmental communications during regular business hours.
