What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our service operations - ensuring everything runs efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience:

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for field service technicians

• Create and manage customer work orders, ensuring service requirements are completed on time

• Communicate effectively with technicians to support service delivery and resolve issues

• Assist technicians with customer requests, inspections, and service coordination

• Prepare quotes and process invoices for service work

• Produce fire inspection reports and compliance certificates

• Maintain accurate client, product, and service data in ERP systems

• Provide responsive, professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Support inventory management, including warehouse and truck stock replenishment

• Ensure administrative processes and recordkeeping are completed accurately and efficiently

• Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies and best practices

What You Bring

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service, coordination, or administrative role

• Experience in industrial, construction, or technical service environments is an asset

• Scheduling or dispatching experience is considered a strong advantage

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable learning and using ERP and other technology systems

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

• Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Certificate of Conduct
