About this role
About Air Partners
Air Partners is where private aviation, operational precision, safety, and thoughtful guest care come together to create seamless experiences from first inquiry to final arrival.
As part of Take Flight Group, Air Partners delivers personalized private aviation experiences through a team that understands every detail matters. We plan carefully, communicate clearly, protect the operation, stay calm under pressure, and make complex travel feel effortless for clients and guests.
Great aviation experiences don't happen by chance. They are created by people working together behind the scenes, managing risk, anticipating needs, solving problems, and delivering on every detail.
We know trust is earned one trip at a time. That is why we approach every mission with care, professionalism, safety, clear standards, and a commitment to creating the kind of experience guests remember and recommend.
If you are energized by aviation, service, teamwork, real-time problem solving, and work where precision matters, Air Partners is a place where your contribution can be seen, felt, and valued.
Help Build the Systems Behind Extraordinary Aviation Experiences
We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our small but growing IT team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, improving systems, and helping technology work better across the business. You will support the day-to-day technology needs of our team while also contributing to systems administration, business applications, cybersecurity practices, IT projects, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional helpdesk support and help build the systems behind a high-performing aviation business.
What You’ll Do
• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across hardware, software, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration platforms, primarily at the Calgary Head Office and periodically at our Edmonton office.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning, device deployment, and end-user training.
• Support and troubleshoot business-critical systems, including FL3XX, SMS Pro, and other operational platforms.
• Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint management, access controls, and technology best practices to ensure a secure and reliable IT environment.
• Coordinate and participate in IT projects, system upgrades, technology rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, software licensing records, and vendor relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency through technology solutions.
• Monitor and respond to service requests, incidents, and technical issues while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to enhance the employee technology experience and support business objectives.
What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems support, or a similar technology role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience troubleshooting user, device, network, and application issues.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly.
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Why Join Us
At Air Partners, technology plays a direct role in how we serve guests, support aircraft, connect teams, and run the business. You will be part of a small team where your work is visible, your ideas matter, and your contribution can make a real difference. You’ll be joining a team that values:
• Safety and responsibility in how work is done.
• Legendary service for both external guests and internal partners.
• Teamwork across functions and departments.
• Continuous improvement in systems, processes, and how we support each other.
• High standards in the details that shape the experience.
Education & Certifications
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Microsoft, CompTIA, networking, cybersecurity, ITIL, or other relevant certifications would be considered an asset.
Working Conditions
This is primarily an on-site position supporting employees across office, hangar, and operational environments. The role involves hands-on technology support, workstation setup, equipment deployment, troubleshooting, and direct interaction with users throughout the organization.
Periodic travel to our Edmonton office will be required to provide onsite support and ensure consistent service delivery across locations.
As Air Partners operates in a 24/7/365 environment, occasional support outside of standard business hours may be required to address critical operational issues, system outages, or time-sensitive business needs. While this position is generally focused on regular business hours, flexibility to provide after-hours support when necessary is an important aspect of the role.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working in dynamic operational settings and collaborating with employees across multiple departments and locations. $60,000
