Essential Functions
• Lead distribution organization, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and documentation.
• Support and lead community and stakeholder meetings by arranging logistics, recording attendance, and taking notes.
• Lead submission of project data, routine reports, and external reporting such as OCHA updates.
• Support and lead on day-to-day operational priorities as assigned by Project Manager.
• Support field assessments by preparing materials, collecting accurate information, and organizing notes and records.
• Assist community outreach, beneficiary registration, verification, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Provide clear, respectful information in Spanish about activities, timelines, selection processes, and feedback channels.
• Collect community feedback and assist with follow-up, monitoring visits, and post-distribution monitoring.
• Enter and check program data in Kobo, Google Sheets, or other systems, flagging missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain organized paper and electronic records, including forms, lists, attendance, photos, and distribution records.
• Support procurement administration by gathering vendor information or quotations, filing documents, and checking deliveries under supervision.
• Support warehouse tasks, including loading, counting, labeling, packing, organizing items, and updating movement records under supervision.
• Follow safety, security, safeguarding, Code of Conduct, data protection, and personal protective equipment procedures.
• Travel to project locations, work outdoors, and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Other duties as required.
Position Requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Related education or training is preferred but not required.
Related Experience 1+ years experience in project management and coordination or humanitarian response experience.. Volunteer, internship, academic, community, customer service, data collection, or logistics experience is preferred. Candidates must be willing to learn, follow instructions, and receive feedback.
Language Spanish fluency required; English preferred but not required.
Special Competencies/Certifications Strong communication skills in Spanish; respectful interaction with communities; basic numeracy and attention to detail; reliability, integrity, and organization; ability to work under close supervision and in a diverse team; and ability to use a smartphone or tablet for data collection. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office is preferred but not required. Must handle confidential information appropriately and remain flexible in a fast-paced, outdoor response environment.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
• Frequently travels to remote project locations, working in outdoor adverse weather conditions and those with access constraints
• Frequently moves items weighing up to 40 lbs on work site or on base
• Frequently operates computer
• High stress situations in an immediate post-disaster environment with limited amenities
Compensation & Benefits
• Typical starting salary is $900 USD / month.

• Travel to and from program location
• Coverage for emergency medical injury or illness if outside country of origin
