About this role
You'll stay close to our customer base, spot which projects are moving toward deployment, and make sure Furo is there when they do: turning our planning platform into a gateway for the next stage of our product. You'll work directly with the founders and help build a new function from the ground up.

QualificationsFast-paced environment in your past: top-tier consulting, a hypergrowth startup, or a commercial role in energy or infrastructure
Experience in operations-focused roles and managing a large customer portfolio with structured processes
C1 German or higher — most of our customers are German-speaking
Bonus: Familiarity with energy project development, storage, or grid-connected assets
