Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Hay farming. Other miscellaneous crop farming. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Schedule work. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit. Personal suitability: Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
