About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Launder clothing and household linens. Mend clothing and linens. Shop for food and household supplies. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
