Tasks: Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Harvest crops. Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting with treatment solutions. Budding trees. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Hand-eye co-ordination. Ability to distinguish between colours. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods.
