Education: Bachelor's degree. Asset languages: Swahili. Kinyarwanda. Work setting: Non-governmental organization. Tasks: Conduct demographic, social and economic analyses. Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia. Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals. Manage personnel information database. Identify barriers to employment and assist clients with such matters as job readiness skills, job search strategies, writing résumés and preparing for job interviews. Produce informational materials to increase awareness of services available. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Engage in community program development.
