Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our fast growing, dynamic company. This position is fully remote. The Assistant Controller will serve as a trusted partner to the Controller and CFO and support our growth and strategy. The primary responsibilities include:
Developing a strong team Overseeing accounting operations Implementing new processes and systems that help us scale

You have proven experience in managing a team, designing efficient processes, and maintaining day-to-day operations of an accounting department. You are comfortable at a high-growth company where things evolve quickly. You’re a leader who can operate at a high-level as well as deep in the details.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience in leading a team Minimum 5 years’ work experience in accounting roles CPA preferred Experience with preparation of GAAP financial reports MS office skills, including Word and Excel, a must Experience with SAP B1 a plus Experience in distribution and/or publishing industries a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly detailed-oriented and well organized
