About this role
A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team -- must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays up to 15 hours per week.
This internship is based in our West Hollywood office.
Responsibilities
Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day-to-day duties Assist with office admin and reception coverage Conference room upkeep Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day Help organize in-office events Run errands as needed Light A/V troubleshooting Shipping and distributing mail Assist with general office email inbox Help keep office technology operating Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Willingness to work in office 2-3 days per week Front desk experience is a plus Interest in HR/People Ops/Office Management
