We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Tax. This full-time and permanent position reports to the Tax Director and is based in Dublin. Purpose of Role: Integral member in the tax department managing the compliance service offerings in VISTRA’s corporate department and assisting in tax advisory projects. This role is ideally suited to a recently promoted experienced Tax Manager who enjoys combining technical compliance expertise with advisory work, client engagement and people leadership.

Scope The firm’s client base is varied and diverse operating in a multitude of industries and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage, review and complete a portfolio of corporation tax returns and related filings for corporate clients. • Advise on capital taxes affecting both corporate and personal clients, identifying relevant reliefs and planning strategies. • Provide advice on capital gains tax matters, including research into available reliefs and tax-efficient planning opportunities. • Deliver VAT and indirect tax advice on a range of client matters, including property-related transactions. • Prepare ad hoc tax planning reports and advisory projects across multiple tax heads. • Research complex tax technical matters, including areas such as R&D tax credits and Interest Limitation Rules, ensuring clients receive clear and practical advice. • Manage, review and complete income tax and partnership tax returns for a private client portfolio. • Assist with Revenue-related matters, including Compliance Intervention Notifications and Revenue enquiries. • Identifying cross selling opportunities within our compliance portfolio and referring same to the wider firm. Relevant Experience and Technical Skills

• CTA Qualified Tax Professional with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience within a taxation or accountancy practice environment. • Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporate tax legislation with experience across all other tax heads. • Client centric mindset and solutions-oriented approach. • Be able to independently manage a portfolio of clients towards achieving deadlines. • Demonstrated proficiency in presentation, client communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient IT skills, encompassing Excel, Word, Outlook, ROS, and Teams/Zoom. Desirable

• Experience working with international businesses. • to cross-border tax matters. • Knowledge of tax technology and automation tools. • Business development experience.
