Work Experience Required Qualifications & Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 20+ years with Oil and Gas industry with added advantage of Upstream and Offshore facilities . • Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills. • Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the -other teams. • Good knowledge of piping design techniques, material and piping codes / standards • Proficient in Piping Stress Analysis . Certification is advantage . Able to anlayse in CAESAR-II software • Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • API certification is an advantage. • Experienced in Piping Design as per ASME standards. • Standard tools required are : AutoCAD 2D, PDMS, Smart plant, Naviswork • Hands-on Experience with AutoCAD in developing Plant Layouts / Main Piping Layouts/ Pipe support. Good to have skills:
• Exposure to project planning software/tools. • Experience with Share Point for document management. • Interaction with structural engineering team members
