About the roleThe Compliance Project Coordinator (CPC) contributes to the organization's compliance objectives by coordinating and implementing compliance projects, executing daily compliance operations, and maintaining accurate documentation and audit trails in line with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Acting with rigour and autonomy, the CPC supports the design and improvement of internal controls, identifies and helps resolve control deviations, and supports internal and external audits through to closure of findings. Through effective collaboration with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Sales, Human Resources, General Services, and other functions, the CPC promotes the consistent application of compliance requirements across the organization.
• Key Responsibilities 2.1 Project Coordination and Compliance Operations
• Coordinate compliance projects with internal teams, lead the implementation of defined projects or workstreams within the scope set by the Compliance Manager • Ensure milestones are met and deliverables produced on time and to the expected quality standard • Execute and oversee daily compliance operations per internal policies, procedures and regulatory standards • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, records, and audit trails 2.2 Internal Controls and Risk Identification
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of controls and processes • Perform routine control checks and validations • Detect control deviations or weaknesses, escalate in a timely manner, track resolution to closure • Identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions to address identified gap 2.3 Audit Support
• Support preparation, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external audits • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available • Ensure audit findings are addressed within agreed timelines 2.4 Stakeholder Engagement
• Support the Compliance officer’s network. • Collaborate with relevant departments (Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Sales, Human Resources, General Services, LRC, etc.) • Support consistent application of compliance requirements across the organization • Gather information, present findings, and propose solutions aligned with internal policies, procedures and regulatory expectations
About you3.1 Technical Skills
• Solid understanding of Compliance policies and procedures • Good understanding of operational processes and internal control frameworks • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sapin 2) • Proficiency in Excel and Compliance tools • Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms 3.2 Soft Skills and Competencies
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Analytical thinking, proactive approach to problem-solving and risk identification • Effective written and oral communication skills; regular interaction with stakeholders across multiple departments • Initiative, reliability and professional integrity
