Orange Services is looking for anIntegration Center Technical Delivery Leadto join our team and play a central role in the coordination and evolution of Orange’s Integration Center.
The Integration Center is where network and IT solutions are integrated and validated on Orange IaaS and CaaS infrastructures before reaching production environments.
Running onOrange Telco Cloud (OTC), it provides the infrastructure required by Orange technical teams and countries to integrate and validate Cloud Native Network Functions (CNFs) and Virtual Network Functions (VNFs).
Your role
As the Integration Center Technical Delivery Lead, your mission is to ensure secure, smooth and predictable delivery, coordinate technical activities across the Integration Center ecosystem and provide visibility and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
You will:
• Act as theScrum Master for the Integration Center, driving agile ceremonies, delivery cadence, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate deployments and support activities, including ticket prioritization, follow-up of ticket queues, communication with support teams and acting as the customers’ advocate.
• CoordinateOTC product evolution activitieswithin the Integration Center, including Release Candidate deployment and validation through General Availability, working closely with Product Units and technical teams.
• Build, maintain and communicate aconsolidated Integration Center technical roadmapcovering OTC IaaS and CaaS upgrades, infrastructure changes, data center migrations and other planned activities impacting service availability.
• Coordinate with the technical teams responsible forOTC IaaS, CaaS, Victoria, NIS, Netstore network infrastructure and associated toolingto plan and execute Integration Center activities, manage dependencies, identify blockers and ensure aligned delivery.
• Maintain close coordination with theIntegration Center Product Owner and OTC Product Owners, supporting backlog refinement and planning, contributing to roadmap execution and ensuring smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide the Product Owner with thetechnical information required for budget preparation and follow-up, considering infrastructure, capacity, migration and other technical needs required to execute the Integration Center roadmap.
• Work closely with the dedicatedIntegration Center Service Delivery Manager (SDM), ensuring alignment between technical activities, service operations, customer priorities, incidents, SLAs and planned changes.
• Serve as a key technical coordination point withSkill Centers and Orange countries, facilitating technical exchanges and alignment.
• Coordinate major infrastructure lifecycle activities, including migrations, infrastructure moves and decommissioning activities.
• Contribute to the technical management of theInventory Manager for IaaS and CaaS.
• Ensure security requirements are considered across Integration Center activities and coordinate remediation according to applicable Orange processes.

You have3+years of experiencein cloud infrastructure and technical delivery coordination, with experience working in complex technical environments involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
You bring:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master/Technical Delivery Lead or in a similar technical coordination role;
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies;
• Experience as a solution integrator in complex infrastructure environments;
• Familiar with network topologies, infrastructure and virtualization;
• Knowledge ofIaaS and/or CaaS environments, particularly OpenStack and Kubernetes, but can also be AWS, GCP, Azure, Vmware
• Familiarity with GitOps, DevOps and automation practices;
• Strong coordination and communication skills;
• Ability to mobilize and align stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority;
• Customer and results-oriented mindset;
• Proactive and autonomous way of working;
• Ability to work effectively across teams, countries and organizations;
• Software development knowledge, including technologies such as Python and Docker - Nice to have
• Fluent English, written and spoken. French is a nice to have.
