TheNSSO Resource Planning & Analysis Lead is a senior member of the leadership team responsible for driving the organization’s financial planning, analysis, project oversight, and strategic decision support. This role involves developing and managing financial strategies, overseeing organization-wide projects linked to spending and revenue, preparing accurate reports, conducting forecasting and scenario analysis, and ensuring financial data consistency across systems. This role will support cost validation, coordinate cross-functional activities, and contribute to organizational growth and operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive financial plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and oversee the organization’s project portfolio, including tracking project costs, revenues, and overall financial performance across different entities.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the cost validation process, including issuing purchase orders (POs) to suppliers and validating actual costs based on invoices and reports.
• Calculate and integrate costs for various projects and departments
• Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Participate in programming and system integration processes to ensure financial data consistency.
• Coordinate the Order Letter signature process between different service providers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure financial figures are accurately aligned across systems
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, project execution, and operational improvements.
• Provide leadership and expertise in financial analysis, project management, and organizational planning to support growth and efficiency.
What you need to have:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, project oversight, and reporting, ideally within a large organization.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; aditionally, French language is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems and project management tools.
• Experience with PMO functions, project tracking, and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
