Our team provides business support services in the field of settlements, accounting records, financial, tax and management reporting to Orange Group for Europe.

Your role:
Your task will be a full accounting service for the new entity, including:
• Registration of accounting documents, both through the operation and control of data interfaced from external systems, as well as manual recording
• Implementation of tasks related to the process of closing the month and preparation of data for reporting in the Group
• Handling the tax process, starting from handling records - by preparing and controlling reported data - to handling tax enquiries
• Handling audit inquiries
• Preparation of the annual financial report of the client
• Preparation and delivery to the client of a set of reports in accordance with the established list of reporting products
• Keeping process and control documentation for the indicated scope of activities
In addition:
• participation in projects implemented by the client
• building long-term relationships with the Group’s internal clients
Our requirements:
• Financial or related higher education
• At least 5 years of experience in keeping accounting records, including at least 2 years of experience in financial and tax reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
• Required knowledge of the specificity of accounting standards and tax regulations in Spain
• Knowledge of English at min. B2 in the area of accounting and finance
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Teams
• Ready to work under time pressure in a diverse team
• The desire to develop further in finance through a wide range of activities.
• Experience of working with Oracle ERP systems including the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes would be an advantage.
• Experience in accounting records and reporting within the capital group would be a plus
• Knowledge of Spanish at least at B2 level – preferred
