About this role
The Social Worker II assesses the patient's psychological situation in order to make recommendations to medical personnel, and provides direct services that ensure the patient's best use of health care services including safe and timely discharges.
Education Master's Degree Accredited School of Social Work Required
Experience 2 years experience as a Medical Social Worker Preferred
Licenses Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Preferred PA Social Worker License Preferred
