Production Associate Job DescriptionSeeking reliable Production Associates to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, inspection, packaging, material handling, and maintaining production standards.Responsibilities
• Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently • Assemble and handle small components • Inspect finished products for quality and remove defects • Package products, build boxes, label materials, and palletize finished goods • Keep workstations stocked and production flowing • Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping tasks • Follow all safety, quality, and attendance requirements Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or general labor experience preferred • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and handling small parts • Ability to stand for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to work overtime as needed • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills Work Environment
• Manufacturing setting with varying production duties • Monday-Friday schedules available across multiple shifts • Requires use of standard PPE, including steel-toed boots and safety glasses Benefits

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
