You are the Project/Delivery Manager and manage delivery of the projects , manage customer, run weekly status calls, monthly SLA reporting, business reviews, issue tracking, reporting and cross functional communication with other OT development teams and Onshore Stakeholders
What the role offers: • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-track customer projects (cloud, SaaS, or transformation programs). • Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress. • Drive delivery excellence through governance, risk management, and quality assurance. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Act as the primary customer interface for all project activities. • Conduct regular status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates. • Translate customer requirements into actionable project deliverables. • Manage customer expectations and resolve escalations proactively. • Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and margin tracking. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (SLAs, SOWs, and change orders). • Drive scope management and control project change requests effectively. • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. • Maintain detailed project documentation and dashboards for leadership and customer visibility. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes. What you need to succeed:
• 12–16 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in IT services, cloud, or enterprise software delivery. • Proven track record managing customer-facing projects with global enterprise clients. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Understanding of contracts, SLAs, and financial tracking. • Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation projects is a plus. • PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification preferred. • EDI knowledge and B2B integration Solution Knowledge • Prior experience of handling eInvoicing projects is an added advantage. • Open for working in EMEA and US shifts One last thing: OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
