Project Management Leader of China Transformation You will be the driving force behind transforming Sonova China's strategic vision into operational reality. Reporting directly to the China President, you will lead the design, build, and integration of a unified, data-driven operating model for Marketing and Sales — the foundational engine enabling the "One Sonova China" vision. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations. You will exercise cross-functional authority to align teams across all Business Units, turning ambitious ideas into scalable business capabilities. More about the role: In this role, you will be the architect and operator behind our most critical transformation initiatives. Your core mission is to build the systems, processes, and capabilities that will define how we go to market in China.
• Lead Central Marketing Transformation: Design and implement a Central Marketing function, building its four foundational engines — Channel & Investment Management, Content & Creative Operations, Media Operations, and Data & Insights. • Drive AI-Powered Conversion Excellence: Advance lead generation models and processes to improve cost efficiency; lead the next phase of the CCC's transformation through deep AI integration (intelligent interaction, predictive analytics) to create a high-performance conversion center. • Deliver a Seamless Customer Journey: Ensure perfect synchronization between customer acquisition and conversion through aligned processes, messaging, and data. • Build the Data Backbone: Drive the development of a unified enterprise data platform as the critical foundation for advanced analytics and personalization; oversee the selection and integration of key systems to support new workflows. • Operate an Innovation Engine: Establish and run a structured "Innovation Engine" to methodically pilot, validate, and scale new technologies — with a current priority on Generative AI applications — turning them into reliable business capabilities. • Align with Leadership: Maintain close strategic partnership and regular alignment with the China President and BU heads to ensure the mandate is fully synchronized with leadership vision. • Exercise Cross-Functional Authority: Influence and coordinate across all BUs and functions; secure formal endorsement and clear communication of the mandate from the leadership team. • Track Business Outcomes: Define, track, and report on success metrics tied to business outcomes — growth in marketing ROI, reduction in operational friction, improved sales conversion efficiency, and successful incubation of new capabilities that drive future revenue More about you:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital operations, marketing technology, business transformation, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation in a complex matrix organization • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred • Deep expertise in data analytics, marketing technology stacks, and AI/GenAI applications • Strong program and project management skills with demonstrated ability to design and implement data-driven operating models, dashboards, and unified metrics frameworks • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels; ability to facilitate alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrix structure • Proven ability to lead, mobilize, and align diverse teams without direct authority; demonstrated success in driving organizational change and transformation • Strategic thinker with strong operational grit and execution focus; high adaptability, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Fluent in English (written and spoken) More about what we offer: As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
