As a Senior Associate in Regulatory Risk Compliance, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing guidance on compliance strategies for clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct investigations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), sanctions compliance, fraud, and other financial crime risks. • Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and periodic reviews on high-risk customers and entities. • Analyze transactional activity, customer behavior, and risk indicators to identify suspicious patterns and potential financial crime threats. • Research and gather information from internal and external sources to support investigations and risk assessments. • Utilize tools such as World-Check, database querying platforms, and other research applications to conduct screening and due diligence activities. • Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive investigative reports documenting findings, risk assessments, and recommended actions. • Assess compliance risks and escalate suspicious activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, and operational teams to support financial crime prevention initiatives. • Apply a risk-based approach to evaluate customer profiles, transactions, and emerging threats. • Support ongoing monitoring activities and contribute to continuous process improvements within the financial crime compliance framework.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
