As a Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to provide consulting services for Workday HCM applications, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency. You will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to grow both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications - Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations - Managing project budgeting and human resources transformation initiatives to align with strategic objectives - Applying business process improvement techniques to streamline operations and increase efficiency - Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions - Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills - Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Talent Management - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges - Engaging in business process improvement and change management - Applying strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics - Managing employee engagement strategies and surveys - Excelling in project management and budgeting within HR contexts
