As a Workday Absence/Time Tracking - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. You are expected to uphold professional and technical standards, while mentoring others and growing your personal brand.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications - Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations - Managing and inspiring teams to deliver quality work and achieve strategic objectives - Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and anticipate needs - Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency - Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to changes - Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines - Engaging in project management activities, including budgeting and resource allocation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials - Navigating complex client situations with analytical thinking - Utilizing Human Resources (HR) Transformation strategies effectively - Managing Workday HCM and Talent Management projects - Developing business process improvements in HR consulting - Embracing change and fostering employee engagement strategies
