What You'll Do As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary liaison between study participants, investigators, sponsors, and regulatory partners while overseeing clinical trials from study start-up through closeout.Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate all aspects of clinical research studies, ensuring timely and compliant execution from initiation through completion. • Screen and identify potential study participants, determine eligibility, and facilitate informed consent according to protocol requirements. • Support and develop patient recruitment and retention strategies to help studies meet enrollment goals. • Coordinate study visits, specimen collection, processing, and shipment activities. • Collect, manage, and maintain patient and laboratory data within electronic data capture (EDC) systems and study databases. • Create and maintain source documents, study trackers, flowsheets, case report forms, and other essential study documentation. • Ensure protocol compliance and conduct routine reviews of source documentation and case report forms for quality and accuracy. • Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain IRB approvals, renewals, and essential regulatory files. • Assemble study materials and kits, coordinate procedures, monitor study-related charges, and serve as the primary contact during sponsor monitoring visits. • Track study budgets, research-related expenditures, and billing activities in collaboration with finance and leadership teams. • Partner closely with Principal Investigators and research staff to ensure patient safety, data integrity, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. • Maintain complete and accurate research records in accordance with institutional, sponsor, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Required:
• Experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or in a similar clinical research role. • Experience with patient screening, chart review, recruitment, and study coordination. • Working knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements. • Experience with EDC systems and research documentation. Preferred:
• Experience supporting oncology clinical trials or oncology patient populations. • Prior experience with treatment-based oncology studies. • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
