You’ll become an expert in the construction talent market, identifying, engaging, and evaluating high-performing professionals for leading contractors, developers, and construction organizations. What You’ll Do Identify and engage construction professionals across commercial, industrial, civil, infrastructure, and specialty contracting markets. Source candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, research, and recruiting technology. Build lasting relationships with project managers, superintendents, estimators, executives, and other construction leaders. Manage candidate activity throughout the recruiting process, from initial outreach through interviews, offers, and placement. Maintain a strong pipeline of construction talent through consistent follow-up and market engagement. Learn proven executive search and recruiting methodologies through structured training, coaching, and hands-on experience.
