As the Fund Servicing Manager II in the IMOS Reconciliations team, you are responsible for the end-to-end reconciliation of IBOR positions/valuations versus the official record of assets (e.g., custody/recordkeeper/accounting source) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of books and records.
Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of Reconciliations specialists - promoting an inclusive environment, providing coaching and monitoring performance based on clear objectives, goals and targets Perform balance and transactional reconciliation of client records against street (custody / transfer agency/ brokers) from providing root cause analysis to resolving exceptionsCompletes operational balancing and reconciliations and identification of breaks.Performs routine inquiries and research from the stakeholders. Completes Regular and Ad hoc reporting required from the process.Participates with systems testing or enhancements and participates in various projects/initiatives - BAU or non-BAU.Partner with various global teams (internal and external) to resolve exceptions and trade issues: Client facing teams to communicate and resolve client issues; Broker/custodians and other relevant parties to meet settlement and market cut-offs; Technology to report and solution system bugs/incidents Manage new business initiatives from clients to support the business expansion opportunitiesLead and support global and local projects on digital solutions, system enhancements, and market rule changes Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
Knowledge of financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivatives, Money Market, Cash ProductsAbility to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with cross functional teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to proactively identify risks and escalate issues, undertaking the investigation required with the goal of resolving issuesStrong analytical and problem solving skills with the initiative to drive change and enhance controlsDemonstrated leadership abilities and team oriented individual with strong people management skillsAbility to thrive in a changing work environment Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
Knowledge in IA tools and AIPrior knowledge of the trade lifecycle, fund accounting and/or experience supporting trade businessSelf-starter who works in a fast paced, results driven environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skillsGood working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience in automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Xceptor, Instabase Shift Schedule: 1pm-10pm PHT
