What You'll Do
Assist in the implementation of group-wide strategic initiatives and projectsPerform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisionsDrive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomesCollaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forwardPrepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadersWork with key collaborators to define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiativesFacilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goalsIdentify and manage risks and issues effectivelyDeliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metricsMeet business value and financial targets set forth for initiativesProvide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk managementConduct research and develop systems to facilitate central initiative progress What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program ManagementStrong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailCritical decision-making and judgment capabilitiesStrong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levelsProactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approachStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize actionsDeep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teamsExperience in developing and implementing processes, tools, and templatesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Aristocrat?

Pay Range $84,000 - $156,000 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
