More from us : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JzZfovyFZcY As a Lead Field Application Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer application and technical support, as well as design assistance for Eaton's Passive Electronics product lines (magnetics, circuit protection, capacitors, and sensors) across the EMEA region. This role requires frequent travel to various locations and close collaboration with customers on product and project design and development.

You will visit customers and distributors independently or alongside sales teams to support regular technical discussions, with a particular focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

A. Provide application support to OEMs, Distributors and EMSs. Design assistance includes system analysis and proposals, product selection, layout, technical comparison, elevation drawings, configuration, custom design etc.

B. Effectively translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D teams to facilitate product design and specification improvements, increasing the NBO success rate.

C. Deliver training programs to customers and distributor partners, including product technology, applications, and regular product roadmap updates.

D. Gather customer feedback and provide input to Product Management to improve product acceptance in the marketplace and drive roadmap development.

E. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify new opportunities and be a key contributor in achieving/exceeding NBO pipeline targets.

F. Prepare technical literature, application notes, technical sales tools, training materials, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering - power)10+ years of relevant experience Skills:

Sound technical background with strong application knowledge in Power Management for the following industries:
