Overview The Production Print Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing sales assistance and support to develop production sales within the dealer accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives set by management. The Production Print Sales Support Associate will work with and support the Production Print Sales and Technical Teams, the Customer Engagement Center Specialists, Product Management, Dealers, and Dealer Customers. The Production Print Sales Support Associate will be responsible for demoing hardware and software solutions, driving professional services and assisting with sales of Konica Minolta print production and industrial hardware and software. Production Print Sales Support Associate will support the team of PPS's and PPTC's to handle all technical aspects associated with Production and Industrial Printing sales including: product configurations, troubleshooting, coordinating dealer and end user training, etc. and other client facing activities.
