As a Senior Project Manager - Grid Integration, based in Raleigh, NC, you will play a critical role in delivering complex, high-voltage substation and grid integration projects that enable the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy.

You will work within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment alongside engineering, procurement, and construction teams, bringing large-scale turnkey projects to life. From renewable integration and digital substations to strengthening grid reliability, your work will directly support communities, utilities, and industries across North America.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead high-value EPC projects from early planning through execution, commissioning, and phased energization. You will manage challenging, fast-paced programs with overlapping scopes, multiple subcontractors, and diverse stakeholders-while contributing to continuous improvement and project excellence.
