The Opportunity
Accountable for obtaining goods/services required by the organization including: Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.). Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.) Procurement processes include: Product/Service Sourcing. Supplier Selection. Pricing/Terms Negotiation. Order Processing. Contract Administration. Supplier Performance Management. May include Strategic Sourcing An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
How you'll make an impact
Executing & maintaining Lean Manufacturing.Knowledge on Six Sigma, 5S, DMAIC etc.Experience in Planning the work schedule & Managing the Shift & getting desired output by the team.Assign duties to Employees, Trainees and oversee their progress.Ensure that daily production goals are met.Creating production process reports.Identify issues & efficiency and suggest improvementsTrain and integrate new workers.Full understanding of industry safety standardsEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standardsResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Candidate should have B.E - Electrical / Mechanical with 5+ years of Experience in relevant fieldTechnical Qualification - Diploma / EngineeringHandling the Trainees & getting work doneUnderstanding of industry safety standardsGemba board & chart; shift wise production data; safety incident reports in intelexProficiency in both spoken & written English language is required Apply now Current employees apply here
