Job Description Summary Serve as the primary driver of operational excellence and cultural transformation across the APAC region through lean execution. Coach, drive and lead lean behaviours, principles, and tools by partnering with Operating Leaders in business management roles (e.g. GM of Business Unit, or Executive Lead of a Function, Site Lean Leaders) in PT APAC. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics. Works with the organizational leadership, develop, set the pace and support business transformational and continuous improvement strategy with sensitivity towards the organizational structure, commercial approach, culture, people and processes. Outline direction and deployment of the Lean framework to ensure consistent and rigorous application across the business in line with best practice. Responsible for the successful management and implementation of business improvement projects/initiatives across the different businesses and functions by providing guidance and building working relationships ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics are adhered to. Success will be measured by measurable shifts in SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) performance and the maturity of the Lean culture.

Essential Responsibilities
Strategy and Development Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational and transactional performanceContribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Lean activitiesFacilitate and lead Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions to drive process improvements.Manage regional 'Bowlers' to track and ensure accountability and transparent communication of business metricsDrive the lean roadmap deployment across all sites and support functionsAct as a senior change agent, coaching leadership teams to move from reactive firefighting to proactive, data-driven management General and Task Management Develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholdersImplement and support cultural change across the organization and drive business improvement in a Toyota Lean styleProvide project management, analytical and research skills and expertiseProvide expertise, professional advice and guidance to the business in business improvement, drawing from proven industry practice and methodologiesReport on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure successDefine, develop and publish business improvement process documentation to reflect best practiceLead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean eventsAttend various meetings and take care/follow up on actionsProduce written reports and make presentationsUndertake continuous training and developmentContribute and support the operational rhythmPerform root cause analysis and resolve problemsIdentify business improvement opportunities within the organizationConduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the departmentDfX, support in NPI to ensure manufacturability, automation, standardizationSupport automation and robotization projects in manufacturing and logistics from Lean perspectiveAlignment of 3P with Automation & Robotics integrationsSupport make or buy evaluationsGood practice evaluation and deploymentNew AI opportunities evaluation and deploymentIntra functional VSM Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in an accredited university or college in Engineering, Business & related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing lean execution and at least 3 years of multi-sites/factories lean leadership capacity
