As an Applied AI, Product Associate within the Merchant Services Solutions & Commercialization team, you will support the design, delivery, and commercialization of AI-powered products that enhance merchant and client experiences across the payments lifecycle.
The Merchant Services Solutions & Commercialization team is responsible for identifying, incubating, and scaling innovative solutions that accelerate growth, improve client experiences, and unlock new commercial opportunities across JPMorgan Merchant Services. The team partners across product, engineering, sales, servicing, and operations to bring innovative solutions to market and drive measurable business outcomes.
Job responsibilities
Support product roadmap development and backlog management for AI and agentic initiativesPartner with engineering and design teams to define requirements and deliver AI-powered capabilitiesAssist with experimentation, prompt iteration, model evaluation, and performance optimizationConduct customer, stakeholder, and market research to identify product opportunities and inform prioritizationGather and synthesize user feedback to improve product experiences and business outcomesMonitor product performance and support data-driven decision makingContribute to launch planning, adoption strategies, and commercialization activities Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of relevant product, technology, or domain experienceFoundational knowledge of product development and modern AI/GenAI solutionsFamiliarity with LLM concepts, APIs, workflow automation tools, or related technologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively across cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in payments, financial services, SaaS, commerce, technology, or other data-driven industries is a plus
