Job Summary
As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst in Digital Document Services, you will contribute to modernized testing strategies using automation and AI-driven techniques. You will help build scalable testing frameworks, support global stakeholders, and enhance quality through innovative and data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model.
Job Responsibilities
Execute automated, UAT, and regression testing using modern frameworksApply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detectionBuild and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assetsAnalyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesPartner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processesSupport continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience with automated testing frameworksKnowledge of AI or data-driven testing approachesAbility to analyze data and identify testing patternsStrong collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsExperience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Exposure to AI/ML testing toolsExperience in financial services or regulated environments
