Operations Supervisor – Distribution CenterShift: Monday–Friday, start between 12:00 PM–2:00 PM to completion
About the RoleAs an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a frontline team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations within our distribution center. You’ll coach employees, drive performance, and support day-to-day operations that help deliver critical healthcare products.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goalsSupport onboarding, training, and performance management of employeesMonitor operations, resolve issues, and adjust priorities in real timeEnsure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsPartner with cross-functional teams to support site performance and continuous improvementQualifications2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience3+ years in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferred:
Experience leading teams in a high-volume environmentStrong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsExperience with WMS and Microsoft OfficeAdditional RequirementsAbility to work flexible hours and overtime as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
