As a Vice President, Card Payments Product Strategy in the Card Cobrand Product team, you will lead end-to-end strategy and delivery of scalable card payment capabilities, from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. You will translate customer needs and business goals into a clear roadmap, align cross-functional partners, and use data to improve customer experience and business impact.

Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap from discovery and business case through launch and scaleTranslate customer insights and business goals into clear requirements, user journeys, and release plansDefine scope and sequencing from minimum viable release through long-term visionDrive prioritization decisions and trade-offs across product, design, and technology partnersPartner with risk, fraud, legal, compliance, finance, analytics, servicing, and operations teams to deliver solutions responsiblyEstablish success measures and operating cadence using dashboards, business reviews, and action plansPrepare executive-ready materials including roadmap updates, scorecards, and decision documentsMonitor performance and customer feedback to optimize adoption, experience outcomes, and financial impact Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience7 years of experience in product strategy or product management across payments, credit cards, fintech, digital commerce, or customer experienceDemonstrated experience leading new product builds from ambiguity through launch with strong delivery disciplineProven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across product, technology, design, risk, fraud, legal, compliance, finance, analytics, servicing, and operationsStrong communication skills, including concise, decision-oriented writing and executive-level storytelling Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Master of Business Administration or equivalent strategic/product experienceExperience delivering card payment capabilities such as digital wallets, pay-over-time features, merchant offers, authentication, or dispute experiencesFamiliarity with payments concepts including tokenization, authentication, dispute workflows, and fraud prevention controlsExperience partnering with external platforms or third parties to deliver payment-related capabilities Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
