We are building a scaled charging business for earners on the Uber platform that supports our drivers while advancing our sustainability goals. This role is a unique opportunity to lead commercial CPO activities across EMEA, with direct responsibility for the health, performance, and growth of strategic charging partner relationships across multiple countries and geographies.
You will own the operating rhythm with key CPOs across the region, ensuring Uber is driving strong commercial outcomes, reliable execution, and a high-quality driver experience as we launch, expand, and scale. You will partner closely with regional and local teams across operations, product, analytics, finance, legal, and business development to manage partner performance end to end and to turn strategy into repeatable execution.
What You Will Do Own the day-to-day and strategic commercial activities, including business development and account management, for a portfolio of key CPO partners across EMEAOwn end-to-end commercial pipeline, including driving ongoing commercial negotiations and decisions with partners, including pricing, promotions, volume commitments and new site builds, and other strategic terms,Monitor partner performance, utilization, and business health, and use data to identify risks and opportunities earlyBuild and run the operating cadence with CPOs, including QBRs, executive check-ins, SLA governance, escalation management, and commitment trackingSupport the launch and scale of charging partnerships across multiple EMEA countries and geographiesCoordinate resolution of complex partner issues across commercial, product, technical, operational, billing, and customer-experience workstreamsPartner with local operations and support teams to ensure launch readiness, stable day-to-day execution, and strong driver supportTranslate market and partner feedback into clear priorities for product, process, and partner strategyPrepare executive-ready updates, business reviews, and recommendations on partner strategy and performanceBuild trusted relationships with senior counterparts at partner companies and internally across UberHelp shape repeatable account-management processes that can scale as the business grows Basic Qualifications Min 8 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, operations, or a related commercial roleExperience in EV charging preferred, particularly within mobility, energy, marketplace, or platform ecosystems, with familiarity in CPO and eMSP operating models.Demonstrated experience managing a pipeline of existing and new strategic external partners and driving business outcomes through influence, structure, and follow-throughStrong judgment and comfort working through commercial contracting processes, including pricing, various commitments, performance metrics, and issue resolutionExcellent communication and relationship-management skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions and flag risksProven ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-moving environmentHigh-integrity, low-ego team player with a bias toward action and accountability Preferred Qualifications Experience leading partner QBRs, SLA management, or commercial governanceExperience with multi-country or multi-region account managementComfort working on scaling processes in a high-growth environment Ready to Ride?
