Job Description Summary The Wind Lean Leader reports to the Vice President - Wind Lean and drives continuous improvement across multiple functional areas. In this role, you will work closely with Wind functional teams (i.e. Safety, Quality, Projects, Product Management, Digital Technology, and others) to develop and drive Lean roadmaps, lead continuous improvement efforts, and coach/mentor team members across the organization to enable performance improvement to meet our annual an strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Partner with functional leaders to build and execute Lean roadmaps that enable fatality free operations, deliver world class quality, and drive product competitivenessLead Kaizens, value stream mapping, and related continuous improvement priorities focused on waste elimination, variation reduction, process simplification, and cycle time reductionLead business transformation priorities supporting continuous improvement and optimization of end-to-end processesDrive the development, execution, and sustainment of standard workPartner with functional leaders to optimize monthly operating rhythms, ensure daily management, and proactive identification of risk to KPI's & business outcomesLead problem solving with Lean tools & practices (through Kaizens, Lean Projects and Just-Do-It events) to resolve complex challengesDrive actions to ensure that improvements are sustained and lessons learned are integrated into processesBuild organizational capability through coaching/mentoring on Lean mindset, tools, and practices
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.Significant experience in Lean, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation Leadership roles, with demonstrated success driving sustainable operational improvements.Demonstrated experience leading Lean transformation initiatives, including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, continuous improvement programs, waste elimination efforts, and the deployment of Lean operating systems across manufacturing, operations, or engineering organizations.Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, embed Lean principles, and drive measurable improvements in operational performance.
