Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate customer invoices, order management / contract managementSupport to team to ensure DSO / Days to Bill are managed / improvedAnalyze and interpret client contracts to ensure accurate and timely billing in alignment with pricing schedulesTimely submission of Credit / Debit Note requests for clientsPrepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all the processes along with process mapsProactively manage the response to all queries of clients through the centralized email-boxDemonstrate analytical problem-solver, skill set to gather the cooperation and support of others within or outside your team when needed in order to meet the requirements during the billing periodDemonstrate initiative, ownership and accountability and strong understanding of process activities and project management tactics, to include workflows, process mapping and stakeholder managementMaintain high level of accuracy and turn around time for all transactionsTo ensure complete, timely and accurate flow of invoicing and communication to optimize productivity, organizational effectiveness and maximize cash flowOpen to work in rotational shifts / evenings in a fast-moving environment.
