Job Summary
Certified under the Terminix Way program as a licensed and experienced technician and trainer focused on home services and termite control services and training others in the Terminix Way
Essential Job Functions
Deliver timely, safe, and effective termite service and home services for each assigned customer (both established and new)Complete annual re-inspections to ensure continued service efficacy and identify/document any concerning conditionsAdvise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions/benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-upsMaintain safe and clean vehicle/equipment and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet service needsMaintain proactive schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventionsConduct classroom/field training to enable growth/development of apprentice technicians and support branch/market priorities Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Ability to read, write, and verbally communicateAbility to present information in both internal and external settings Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to follow mixing instructions on product labelsMaintains licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence Success Measures
